This impressive ocean view home is situated in the guarded gated community of Keauhou Estates. There is over 3800 sq-ft of interior living area which includes a great room, dining room, totally equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a half bath for guests. These is a massive outdoor living area which gives you a private pool with water fall, bar area with fridge- that connects to the kitchen through a power roll up screen, bar seating for 8, BBQ, outdoor dining set, and numerous places to sit and view the ocean. You may not want to leave after spending time in this home. The living area has a big screen TV, with DVD. Great open space that opens up to the lanai, where there is additional seating. The large fully equipped kitchen has double ovens, a 6 burner cook top, and large side by side fridge for the chef of the family. There is bar seating inside as well as a dining room table with seating for eight. The master bedroom has a King Sized bed with sliding doors opening up to the pool. The master bathroom has a jetted tub surrounded in marble, along with a separate large shower stall. There are built in storage and closets areas to handle all your needs. The second bedroom has twin beds (for an additional charge they be moved together to form a King) as well an en-suite bathroom with a Japanese style tub and shower. The second bedroom also has access to the pool through sliding doors. The third bedroom has a King Bed with an en-suite bathroom. Each Bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. Keauhou Estates is very well situated and is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course. There is a seven night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Ironman and Holiday Season (Christmas). This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID: W78306704-01
