Description
Upstairs of Waterfront Home is yours. One king, one queen bed, Bath & Shower. House is located in quiet boating community. Sleeps four in bedrooms but could possibly accommodate more. Very clean, like new. Spectacular sunsets from your house on the water. The Black water sound has lots of fish and is a Manatee gathering site. Odds are in your favor that you'll see manatees relaxing here & see gamefish well over 3 feet long breaking the surface. With a Under water light like having a fish tank in the back yard. A great place to get your Kayak, canoe or Paddleboard wet. Its a short paddle to Florida Bay for a swim or to watch the sunset. Or make your way to the Everglades National Park boundary to fish and view wildlife. Remember, the Florida Keys is the Fishing Capital of the World. This Key Largo home gives you access to both offshore and backcountry areas. Pick your target species and go after your trophy. Fishing dreams really do come true here. We have hooked tarpon, snapper, grouper, snook, barracuda and more right from the dock onsite. Beautiful private kitchen with large counter tops, oven/cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer. Air Conditioning. Free Parking right in front. washer/dryer. Be careful, you might fall in love with this lifestyle. Location: 5 minutes by boat to Everglades National park, 5 minutes or less by boat or car to your choice of Restaurants/Bars. 5 minutes or less to Dive shops, Boat Ramps/Rentals/Charters, 5 minutes or less to Glass Bottom Boat 5 minutes or less to Shopping (Publix, CVS, Liquor, Coral/Seashells) 5 minutes or less to John Pennekamp State Park 15 minutes or less to Tavernier creek 20 minutes to Islamorada Area Information Quiet boating community surrounded by access to the water. Lush tropical foliage decorates the neighborhood where great herons and iguanas perch on docks and in the mangroves. Restaurants and bars are close by but far enough to offer you peace and quiet day & night. Wide range of choices in diving and snorkeling from reefs to wrecks, shallow and deep sites, coral beds, sponges, lots of fish and other marine creatures. bring your water toys and park them in the back yard. Fish from dock, bridges from the shore, wading or from boats. Bonefish are one of my favorite fish to go after with light spinning tackle and some fresh shrimp. Hold on tight!
