Perfect for guests or to use as an office space and conveniently located to the full bathroom across the hall. Do you like to play golf? This property borders on the Tarpon Woods public golf course. Do you like baseball or football? The Phillies have spring training in nearby Clearwater, the Blue Jays are just down the road in Dunedin, the Yankees are in Tampa and the Tigers are in Lakeland. All of these clubs have minor league teams in those stadiums, when the 'Big Boys' start the regular season. Did I mention the Bucs and the Rays? Well, you'd be about a half hour away. If you like to walk, a one mile stroll down the palm tree lined sidewalk of beautiful Ridgemoore Blvd. will bring you to a shopping center that has Chinese and Italian restaurants, a liquor and UPS store, a Publix supermarket and more. Maybe you'd like to have a cocktail or dinner on the patio of the Varsity Club, when you're done shopping. Or you can go about a mile and a half the other way on Tarpon Woods Blvd. and have a bite at Beefy O'Brady's, located at the Tarpon Woods golf course. We are also very close to John Chestnut Park on Lake Tarpon. People say that it's hot in Florida in the summertime, and they're right. But I'll bet it's hot where you are too! Palm Harbor is located a few miles inland from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Sounds pretty good, right? Maybe you'd like to take in a show by top name music artists at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. The condo has new carpeting, a new dishwasher, a new A/C, a new energy efficient washing machine and a 50 inch high def TV. Everything works! But if you have a problem with anything, just let me know and I'll have it taken care of right away. By the way, there isn't a garbage disposal, so please, liquids only down the drain! Internet / Wi-Fi are included as well as HBO and Cinemax. There is also a great sounding Bose radio for your listening pleasure! So, it's a nice condo in a nice complex in a really nice neighborhood. The beds, chairs and couch are comfy, the view is great,the pool is heated, the price is right and the owner is a nice guy. Give me a call! Thanks. Ken
