SUN, SURF, WARM BREEZES AND OLD-WORLD FLORIDA CHARM LOCATION: Jensen Beach, Florida, South East, USA (One hour north of Palm Beach International Airport) ACCOMODATIONS: Townhouse, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (sleeps up to 7) KEYWORDS: Townhouse, Condominium, Beach, Pool, Fishing, Water Sports Our home is in a small, quiet condominium community situated on the scenic Indian River Drive. It is nestled between the Intra-coastal Waterway and Savannas Preserve State Park immediately to the East and West. The quaint towns of Fort Pierce and Stuart are just 15 minutes to the North and South. The community has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fishing pier. Our townhouse has been renovated and comfortably furnished throughout and includes artwork by local artists. It has a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system. Downstairs has a completely equipped kitchen, a screened patio, a cozy dining area, a half bathroom, and a very comfortable living room with a sofa that converts to a king bed. Upstairs has a spacious master bedroom furnished with a new queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new full bed. The guest bathroom is immediately adjacent to the bedroom. You will find a clothes washer and dryer and linen closet on the upstairs landing. All linens are supplied for your convenience. A train track runs along the outside of the fenced rear property border. Locomotiveâs pass by several times a day but never sound their horns. Most visitors find the train very soothing. Amenities include cable TV and DVDâs in the living room and both bedrooms, two bicycles, fishing rods, and various books, games, toys and puzzles. Jensen Beach has activities for everyone. The public beach on Hutchinson Island, the Savannas Preserve State Park, and downtown Jensen Beach are just a short bicycle ride away. Water sports include snorkeling, surfing, diving, boating, jet skiing, and fishing. The inshore/offshore fishing is superb. Anglers can catch mahi-mahi, grouper, tarpon, swordfish, pompano, sea trout, drum, flounder, redfish, snapper, cobia, and sailfish. The State Park has bicycling, nature hiking, canoeing, kayaking and horse trails through the largest and most intact remnant of Floridaâs east cost savannas. Local town activities provide food, arts, crafts and music: âJammin Jensenâ (Jensen town center) is every Thursday evening from 6:00-9:30; âFriday Festâ (Ft Pierce Waterside Park) is the first Friday of each month from 5:30-9:00; and farmers markets are every Saturday in Ft Pierce and every Sunday in Stuart. In addition, the Treasure Coast mall and cinemas are just 4 miles away. We hope that you will find time to relax and recreate in this wonderful area of old-world Florida life. Great vacation memories are made in Jensen Beach. · Rent is $2200/month December through May and $1400/month June through November plus tax. · Indian River Landing H.O.A. requires two (2) month minimum rental · Rent includes all internet, cable, utilities, and HOA application fee for 2 adults ($100 for each additional adult) · $500 refundable security deposit. · $150 cleaning fee. · $100 pet fee - One pet allowed up to 30 pounds per H.O.A. · No motorcycles or ATVs per H.O.A. · Payment in full prior to occupancy. - Must complete HOA Application and be approved by the HOA
