Enjoy a warm crackling fire from the comfortable leather sofa or relish the quiet from the covered wraparound porch. Settle into a rocking chair with a good book or take in a movie on the cable TV. Kids will love the play room with their own movies, toys, games, puzzles and lots of bears! Relax in the private hot tub on the front porch while watching sunsets or the deer walking through the ferns. Explore the creek or sit in an adirondack chair overlooking the serene spring fed pond. Walk to the lake or hike up the mountain to Dolly Sods Wilderness - all right from the property. The home comfortably sleeps 10 with three bedrooms downstairs and two up. The downstairs bedrooms feature one room with a full bed, one with a queen and one with a twin. Upstairs one room has a king and one has two full beds. There are two full bathrooms on the first floor and one on the second. The house has WIFI and cable TV with a 42' flat screen in the great room. The enormous front porch has several sitting areas including a wicker swing and a hot tub. The property offers a lot to explore - a spring-fed pond, a meandering stream and woods to walk in. Sand Run Lake is close by where we keep a canoe for your use. Enjoy the lake from the water or hike around it on the scenic trail. The scenery is breathtaking. Dancing Bear Lodge is the perfect setting for enjoying nature, abundant peace and quiet, or exploring the recreational opportunities just outside your door.
