Description

A well maintained luxury villa located in the gated (24 hour manned security gate at entrance) Castle Pines section of the PGA Village Resort. This spacious two bedroom second floor villa has a screened in balcony, fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, separate dining area, and very comfortable Great Room with access to the balcony. The entire Villa is newly painted in cheery tropical colors - a perfect winter get-away! The Villa includes three LCD wall mount TV's (55 inch TV with Hi-Definition cable service in the Great Room), with DVD players (two of which are BLU-RAY units), Comcast cable service, secure private WI-FI network, I-pod/I-phone docking station with I-phone 5 charging adaptor, and use of private washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a full bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and can be used as a 'lockout' unit with a separate private entrance if desired. Entry doors for the 'A' and 'B' sides each have 'state of the art' personalized electronic door locks. These locks have time sensitive numeric codes which you can easily personalize for your period of stay - there are no entry door slide cards or keys! New for 2013!!!! We have recently installed beautiful hardwood flooring in both bedrooms and have subscribed to Hi-Def cable service for the great room 55' TV. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to PGA Golf Club (Site of the PGA professional qualifying school) with three championship (Tom Fazio & Pete Dye) 'pay to play' golf courses. The PGA complex includes a 35 Acre 'state of the art' very extensive PGA Golf practice & Training Center (there is a nominal daily fee for all day use of this facility). There is also available a free 6 hole par 3 pitch & putt course. The PGA golf courses and the practice/training facility have consistently ranked very highly by Golf Digest and other Golf publications each year since it's opening in 2000. It is a short 5 minute walk to the Castle Pines Community gorgeous tropical 'zero entry' swimming pool with hot tub/spa. The large sun deck has Palm trees and lush landscaping with a nearby picnic area with charcoal grills, and a playground area. Tradition Field, the NY Mets Spring Training facility, is located within a 5 minute drive. Also within a 5 minute drive are the Rave 14 screen movie-plex, Super Play with mini-golf, bowling, batting cage, and various restaurants. Within a 20 minute drive, are Jensen Beach, Stuart Beach, Sailfish Point, and Fort Pierce (Jai Alai), with beaches and fishing at Hutchinson Island just 20 - 30 minutes drive time.
