Sea-Schell boasts a private 15x35 ft. saltwater heated gunite swimming pool with waterfall and inlaid tile (sun & moon) mosaics. Sea-Schell has views of Little Lagoon and a private boat launch with dock for easy access to Little Lagoon. Owner may have boat or jet skiis housed in boat house and reserves the right to access while being rented. Bring the RV as there is special RV parking with a 30 AMP hook-up. Sea-Schell can accommodate twelve to sixteen guests. The Master (king) has a large private bath with double shower, large whirlpool tub, double sinks and french doors opening to screened porch with lagoon views. The second bedroom (queen) has french doors also opening to screened porch with lagoon views. The third bedroom (queen). The upstairs level fourth bedroom has two sets bunk beds; full-beds down & twin-beds up. This room also has a couch that folds into a queen bed and a Loft with two single beds for small kids. The fourth bedroom also has access to a full bath and boasts a 40' plasma flat screen connected to Dirct TV HD satellite with surround sound & a Sony PS3 game system w/ BlueRay, connected to Internet. The upstairs level also has a dry-sauna. Sea-Schell house also has a velour fabric queen futon in the living room. Relax Sea-Schell style in the living room with its 25 foot vaulted ceiling open to the kitchen and dining room, which seats eight. The living room is perfect for viewing the 52' TV connected to Direct-TV HD-satellite and surround sound system w/ iPod connecting cables. The screened porch with 3 ceiling fans/lights overlooking the canal and Little Lagoon is very large and has a Sunbrella cushioned seating area plus a table with four chairs and a cool tiki bar and massage table.
