Come stay, play...or just relax! We offer a charming family vacation home with awesome lake views! We pride ourselves on providing a very clean, comfortable home for your relaxing vacation getaway! We provide central air conditioning during the summer heat, and a cozy fireplace during our chilly fall/winters. We are located on Lake Wissota which is one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in the state, with over 6300 acres of water adventure. We have some of the best year-round fishing you can find right out our back door, or enjoy the many other water sports the lake has to offer! Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls is conveniently located nearby and offers a zoo which features birds, monkeys, farm animals, deer, buffalo, lions and bears, to name just a few! The park also includes picnic grounds, various play areas, hiking trails and a waterfall. Located adjacent to the park is a public swimming pool with a water slide. An additional beach can be found on the lake and near many food establishments. For additional outdoor activities, there is Lake Wissota State Park. They offer swimming, hiking and biking trails, a playground, snowshoe trails and cross-country ski trails. They also provide canoe and kayak rentals for a small fee. Nearby, you'll find additional cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails for your winter sports pleasure! For the music enthusiast, we are conveniently located near 3 major music festivals held annually...Country Fest, Rock Fest and Country Jam. Some popular tourist stops might include the Leinenkugel Brewery Tour and several local wineries. There is also a wonderful golf course located on the lake, which is open to the public and serves food and beverages. Additional golf courses can also be found throughout the surrounding area. Bring your appetite to the lake! The dining options range from an old-fashioned root beer stand to fine dining overlooking the lake. Most of the local bars serve food as well, therefore, depending on your appetite, you can find most any type of food and/or ethnic flavor within a short distance. Wishing to do your own cooking in our fully-stocked kitchen, you will find a grocery store nearby which includes a deli, bakery, and liquor store. Conveniently attached to the grocery store, you'll find a hardware store, bait shop, Subway sandwich shop, and a bank. Several gas stations and convenience stores are also within close proximity.
