This beautifully furnished beach house has been remodeled downstairs. It features 7 bedrooms, six baths and is situated directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Its 3,600 square feet has two sitting rooms, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and a wet bar downstairs, all in an open floor plan. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king size bed and an attached bath. The other downstairs bedroom also has a king bed. The full bath is not attached but is only a few steps away. Upstairs, a coffee bar with an under-the-counter refrigerator graces a sitting room. There are also five bedrooms upstairs. One is the master suite with a king bed and lovely bath with a garden tub, separate shower and large marble vanity. Another bedroom contains a king bed and has its own sink in the closet. Its full bathroom is not attached but is only a few steps away. The nest bedroom features a king bed and a set of junior bunk beds and has direct access to the large top floor deck. The next bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath with direct access to the top floor deck through a sliding glass door. The view from this room is spectacular. The last bedroom contains two queen beds and has it's own connected bath. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an extra full sized refrigerator and double oven. There is a large covered deck that faces the Gulf and has a private dune walk-over to the beach with an outside shower. The upstairs uncovered deck also faces the Gulf and provides a wonderful view. This house is perfect for four to eight golfers. You are close to the Ft. Morgan and the celebrated Kiva Dunes and Peninsula golf courses and just a few miles to world class shopping and dining in Gulf Shores. Since it sleeps 18 comfortably, the house is also perfect for large families and reunions. This house rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
