Spectacular Oceanfront duplex (West or East Side) with cathedral ceilings, skylight, expansive windows and views, hot tub overlooking ocean, great bodysurfing, beautiful sunrises (sunsets also November-March) over the ocean and unlimited kayaking options. Priced to be affordable for couples, small families or medium size groups. The location is on prime, well developed dunes sitting just 50 yards from high tide. In addition, we are located on a quiet cul-de-sac so there is virtually no through traffic on the road side. Enjoy some of the best body surfing on the East Coast, and beautiful clear water with tropical tones. The location is close to the charming, historical sea side towns of Beaufort and Swansboro with fascinating 18th and 19th century homes, active waterfronts and great restaurants and museums. Nearby Morehead City and Atlantic Beach offer a variety of inshore and offshore fishing possibilities. Plenty of golf courses and the standard mix of putt putt golf, go-karts and traditional beachside attractions. You have it all and the comfort of a laid back, quiet location away from the crowds and noise in most ocean front accommodations. Our pricing philosophy is to provide you with a satisfying experience that makes you feel good about the amenities and the price you paid and we have many repeat customers. You will save hundreds of dollars relative to other houses that simply do not pay attention to constant upgrades and maintenance. Flat screen high definition televisions in the living room and master bedroom with a DVR to record your shows and can't miss sporting events so you need not waste time indoors during those beautiful days. Please, no smoking inside. No pets (although exceptions with fee are possible). On the lower level there are three bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. Two bedrooms are oceanfront rooms, each with a queen size bed and sliding door to the outside deck. There is a master bathroom in one of the oceanfront rooms. A third bedroom has bunkbed with a double/twin combination. These bedrooms are relatively small, but extremely clean and charming and well lighted. The mattresses are firm with a layer of memory foam on top. There is a mix of quality down and slumber jell pillows. For the cooler months, down comforters are provided. The top level is an open floor plan with expansive views, a skylight brightening the kitchen area and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Keywords: Duplex
