Mira Vista at Mission Hills is a beautiful private 24 hour gate guarded community. Just around the corner is the Mission Hills Country Club where the annual Kraft Nabisco Dinah Shore LPGA tournament is played in addition to several other golf and tennis tournaments. The Westin Gary Player golf course is a favorite of many golfers. The house is located past the 15th hole and before the 16th tee box so there is no chance of golf balls coming into the yard. This home has just been completely remodeled and furnished. On one side of the house is a large open park area with beautiful grass, flowers and trees. The south facing backyard features a saltwater pool/spa, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The amazing San Jacinto mountains and golf course views create a scenic backdrop. Feeling energetic? There are two bicycles available. The area is flat and nice to ride around for a little exercise. There are also 2 lit community tennis courts available for play. Costco, movie theaters, home depot, Walmart and several other shopping choices are about 3 miles away. Agua Caliente Casino & Spa is only 1 mile away and is well known for 'The Show' offering many concerts throughout the year of famous musicians and comedians.
