Other house features include a wet bar with refrigerator, a 30' x 24' foot great room with fireplace (Firewood included!), furnished patio with grill, and television with dvd/vcr. Park like grounds feature a spectacular view of the lake, large pine trees, and occasional deer and wildlife. Enjoy privacy but minutes from area attractions - 1 mile to downtown Eagle River - 1 mile to public boat launch - space to park your cars and boat trailer - water access to 28 lakes - 2 miles to marina on chain of lakes - boat rentals - 2 public golf courses nearby - Numerous excellent restaurants in the area
