Across the Street from Disney!3 Pools+Spa! Monthly Deal $3250-$4250/Mon! $1100-$1300/wk Our home is in a nice, quiet, family-friendly complex. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse that is nestled right across the street and easily walkable to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney! There is also a free Disney tram only a few minutes walk away that drops you off at Downtown Disney, by the front entrances to Disneyland and California Adventure. This town house can sleep up to 10 persons, perfect for a large group of families and friends! This home has been completely remodeled from the bottom up to the very top! There is hardwood floor and tiles throughout, newly painted rooms, new lighting. The open living room space has a 50' HD flat screen TV with AT&T Verse over 200 TV channels ,a DVD player and a computer . The dining room seats up to 6. The fully equipped kitchen has brandnew refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. There is a also a toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, cooking utensils, flatware, and also simple cooking spices. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare those special family meals. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a 47' HD flat screen TV. It has a private full bathroom and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a spacious Queen bed and a futon. The third children's bedroom has a full-size bottom bunk, a twin top bunk, and a twin size mattress with sheet under bunk bed. A 2 pack n'play is also available for your littlest ones. We also provide 2 high chairs,1 single stroller and 1 double stroller. In the complex, there are 3 community pools (one that is catered for toddlers and another for adults only.) There is a jacuzzi, showers, restrooms, and beach chairs to lounge on. We will also provide pool towels for your convenience. Also, in a gated area, there is a big colorful playground for the kids, very fun! Available to our guests is free wireless internet, washer/dryer (with detergent and dry sheets), and attached 2 car parking garage. There is also a private patio with a gas BBQ and patio seating for 4. This home is so close to the parks that you can enjoy the Disneyland and California Adventure fireworks show at night, right in the parking lot of the complex. You can also take a nice stroll to and from the parks and to all the Downtown Disney restaurants and shops. Jump on one of the freeways nearby and head to one of the closeby beaches, mountains, LA attractions, or other amusement parks (Knott's Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, etc.)
