Our home is a beautiful, historic, family friendly beach cottage steps to swim-able beaches, tide pools, and snorkeling caves. Light and full of character, the house is also within walking distance to great beaches, restaurants, cafes, yoga and fitness studios, and downtown. The house was designed by a landscape artist in the 1920's as her atelier and home. It is filled with light and enjoys sun all day long. We have furnished it simply and stylishly so that it can be enjoyed by families as well as couples. It features a beautiful backyard and trampoline for the kids as well as two outdoor dining areas, one overlooking the ocean. The new chef's kitchen features state of the art equipment (AGA stove, dishwasher, microwave, and double stainless fridge) and the lovely, airy living room features a working fireplace. Once you arrive, driving is optional! During the summer, the free Laguna beach trolley stops within 100 ft of the house accessing all of north and south Laguna.
