This vacation home is the perfect setting for an experience your family and friends will never forget! Our lake home is a beautiful year round home located on the south side of Shell Lake in Northwest Wisconsin. The main house features a large kitchen, a great room with a fireplace, large eating and or entertaining area, master bedroom, 2 additional private bedrooms, a large outdoor deck, and screened-in/glass window porch facing the lake. The main house can sleep up to 6 with air conditioning added in 2011. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. The great room provides a great view of the lake and features a wood fireplace, TV/DVD, two couches and chairs for relaxing as well as 2 large tables for cards/games, hobby workspace, or eating space. A gas furnace provides heat throughout the home. The master bedroom suite features a queen size bed, a private full bath, and direct access to the screened-in porch and deck. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed with direct access to the deck. Bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds and resides off the kitchen. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a full bath with 2 sinks and combination bathtub/shower. All bedrooms include closets, chest of drawers, and ceiling fans. The house has air conditioning as well. The kitchen features an electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There is direct access to the lake from the home with a sandy shoreline and private dock. The large grass yard leading to the lake provides great fun for badminton, frisbee, horseshoes, or other group activities. Base rental includes a canoe, paddleboat, and 14â aluminum boat with oars. Need more space (go from sleeping 6 to 10)? There is also an attached house addition that is great for a second family or kids hang out. The addition features another family room, 2 private bedrooms, and a full bath. The family room includes a bunk bed, gaming table, and TV/DVD. The addition also features itâs own deck facing the lake. Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed and bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds. Shell Lake Community The beauty and amenities of Shell Lake offer the perfect opportunity for summer fun. Shell Lake features over 2600 acres of clear water and sandy beaches. The town features a public boat landing and beach, shopping and antiquing, seasonal music and historical festivals, and much more. Opportunity for activities are endless as the environment is perfect for swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, jet skiing, sunbathing, tennis, bike riding as well as winter activities such as ice fishing, cross country skiing, and many snow mobile trails spanning northern Wisconsin. At the finish of a warm and exciting summer day, enjoy the scenery and tranquility at the end of the dock watching the sunset over Shell Lake. If youâre an early riser you may even see a few deer strolling by along the lakefront. This is a great destination to watch the fall colors arrive as well as a holiday getaway spot.
