It is the perfect place for a special get-away or a memorable family vacation. Located on Middle Lake, Lauderdale Lakes is a 950 acre, three-chain (Green, Middle and Mill), spring-fed lake with very clean water. Lauderdale Lakes is great for fishing. We have large and small mouth bass, bluegill, northern pike and walleye. Our lakefront cottage sits approximately 50 feet from the shoreline and has 100 feet of level frontage with great Southern exposure. It includes a private pier with ladder, nice swimming area and main floor deck! Use the public boat launch for your boat and/or jet skis. The restaurant/bar, Lauderdale Landings, is within walking distance. Our cottage provides a stunning view of the lake and its beautiful wooded shoreline through the windows in the great room. Enjoy your surroundings from the deck which spans across the entire main level. The kitchen has an island and comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy family meals. The great room has an open floor plan, is relaxing, and has a wood burning fireplace. Relax or play pool in the basement recreation room. The main floor has a table that sits 20, perfect for family game time and family meals. Our cottage has four bedrooms (two on main floor, two on second floor), two full baths and one half bath. This home has many recreational possibilities with a lot to see and do on and around the lake. So treat yourself, your family, and/or friends to get together for an unforgettable time at the lake.
