The master suite is situated on the third floor with fabulous views from its very private veranda. A gourmet kitchen, wet bar, serving area and wine butler provide for great relaxation and entertaining in the great room. The bonus apartment features an efficiency kitchen, a full bath and two queen sleeper sofas. Enjoy Keys breezes from a screened veranda spanning the entire back of the home. A sandy beach area at the back of the home beyond the pool offers a great play area for children or a nice nap area for a lazy afternoon on the hammock. Itâs the perfect Keys retreat for families or a romantic getaway. So many great activities await you here! Kayaks are provided for our guests ( a one person and a 2 person). Paddle 200 yards to the world renowned Pennecamp Coral Reef State Park and enjoy their facilities including two sandy beaches and complete snorkel/scuba facilities, plus a glass bottom boat. Weâre right up the street from Dolphin Plus, where you can schedule a swim with the dolphin adventure. If you like to fish, you should know that this is the fishing capital of the world! Fish for marlin, sailfish, wahoo, snapper and grouper on the Atlantic Ocean, and fish for tarpon bonefish, trout , redfish on the Gulf. Bring your boat and dock in the private marina 200 feet from the house for free. Or you can charter a boat at one of many marinas along Overseas Highway. You can also fish, lobster or snorkel right off our beach . Located at MM 103 in heart of Key Largo, and only a 45 minute drive from the Miama Airport, you only a few minutes drive of a whole assortment of great restaurants, including Mrs. Macâs Kitchen, The Fish House, Encore, Num Taiâs. If you like a little nightlife, The Big Chill, The Carribeen Club, Pilot House and Snappers offer local entertainment , food and wonderful tropical beverages and again are minutes away!
