Owners moved into The Bud and closed the B&B 8 years ago. They have relocated and have chosen to offer this wonderful home as a full home rental with all the amenities. Rehoboth is a great family vacation spot- commonly referred to as the Nation's Summer Capital. Home offers sun room, living room, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, air conditioning, washer and dryer 6 burner gas thermidor stove and plenty of dishes, glasses and everything you need to feel at home. The family room offers ample seating and a wide screen TV and easy access to back yard. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and an attached bath with shower. Also on the main floor, a bedroom with a twin bed and room accommodating crib set up should you decide to bring yours. The second floor has 4 bedrooms all with queen beds. The washer and dryer are located in the walk out basement along with a full bath with jetted deep tub. The private back yard features mature landscaping with a patio area with gas grill. Also an outside refrigerator, dishwasher and all the dishes to make outdoor dining very easy. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower after your beach day. Parking for 4 cars in the driveways and 2 parallel street sites are also present. Enough about the house- When you settle in and unpack, walk down the street and enjoy the boardwalk and all its attractions for young and old. Downtown is always open with its posh shops and savory restaurants, not to mention Rehoboth's very own Dog Fish Brewery and Brew Pub. Want to grill at home and enjoy the outside patio and refrigerator-- go ahead, be our guests! You won't be disappointed, it's spotless, neat, and the most fun you've had in a very long time Welcome!
