You have direct Atlantic open water access with your boat (30ft boat max) as well as access to the Bay via very close by Tavernier creek. About an hour from Miami and 90 miles north of Key West, the location is as accessible as the ambiance is magical. Outfitted with a beautiful stainless steel full kitchen with abundant/nice cookware and glassware, this sprawling Ocean front home boasts of unavoidably magnificent views, three generously-sized bedrooms all with nice linens and flat screen televisions in every room, and three full baths. It also includes an office area with a fold-out futon, a printer/scanner, and high-speed wireless internet that reaches the pool, tikki hut bar and ocean. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and the interior dÃ©cor is nothing short of Keys-chic, bearing light and airy textures inspired by coastal Florida living at its finest. Our home sits on a beautiful over-sized lot with 25 palm trees. Please note that this is an important factor when spending so much time in one place with family and friends, as everyone has plenty of room to spread out/not be on top of one another. Our yard is fully enclosed/gated for the dogs, and the heated pool is fully gated as well for safety. Resign yourself to the secluded swimming pool ocean breezes, and hammock afternoons. Throw open several sets of pocket sliding glass doors along the whole back wall of the cathedral ceiling living room, and bring the 180Â° perspective inside your already-open living room, complete with 50â plasma television. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious second floor screened in lanai spanning the whole back of the house as you become mesmerized with the serenity of the 180Â° ocean views and breeze. Lose yourself in a book or come to write one, just plan on being spoiled by nature, and all of its tranquility. Raise a Margarita at the tiki bar with copious seating while grilling your fresh catch at the outdoor gas grill, all overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the underwater fish lights off the dock which attract schools of fish at night. The lights are on timers, itâs pretty awesome, we hope you enjoy. Wind your way up to the roof and absorb the photographerâs panoramic view from atop the home on the unique Widowâs Walk. Kick back on an Adirondack at the dock along the 90â of lush Atlantic coastline and watch assorted marine life frolic from the time you sip your coffee at first light until you toast a glass of wine as the sun sets. Our 90' deep water protected dock has plenty of room for your 30 ft or less boat, Jet Ski or kayak. There are tarpon, bonefish, permit, snapper, yellowtail, dolphin, sharks, manatees, turtles and other species off of our coastline. This proves heavenly for the nature lover, serious angler and the recreational fisherman alike. The scuba and snorkel enthusiasts will also enjoy the deep protected water channel, playful manatees, and the huge saltwater flat at low tide, directly off of our coastline as well.
