There is also a laundry room, half bath and desk with work area. First floor master bedroom with large picture windows facing the lake has (1) queen bed, full dresser, built in closet, TV, full bath and large walk in shower. Second floor features one bedroom with (1) queen bed and one over-sized bedroom with (1) full and (3) twins beds. Rooms have plenty of closet and dresser space, and TV's. There is also a bathroom with shower, and enjoy a large walk out deck with patio furniture overlooking the waters of Green Bay. There is plenty of private parking area adjacent to property and acess to our Boat House made available to renters with 6 bikes, a canoe, kayak, inflatable boat and other beach and lawn toys for your use and enjoyment. Property sits on over 1/2 acre facing west on Green Bay waters, with beautiful landscape surroundings include shade trees, flowers, shrubs, a swing chair, hammock, picnic and patio tables, lawn furniture/chases and more.
