The air conditioned house has three bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two bunk futons, top bunk is a twin, lower bunk is a full size futon. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size futon. There are 2 full baths, one in the master bedroom and one for the other bedrooms to share. The kitchen, family room and dining area are all open to each other. There are two balconies on the first level and one off the third bedroom. Washer and dryer are provided. Outside there is a shower and an area to store beach items. Parking for four cars. Some amenities to the community are tennis courts, tennis shoes required, a playground, a highly rated seafood restaurant within walking distance and not to mention the fabulous white sugar sand, private beach, only a short walk away. Beach borders Delaware State Park, so fishing is available, fishing permit required. Seashells and dolphins galore, there won't be a day you spend at the beach where dolphins are not swimming by. A very family friendly community. Very close to beach attractions, Rehoboth Beach is 5 miles north and Ocean City MD is 8 miles south. Bethany Beach was voted one of the top 10 best beaches in the world. NO beach tags required!
