Cancun in the desert makes you feel like if you where actually in Cancun, the palapa, the palm trees, planters and the cabana are exceptional! You will not be disappointed. This 5 bedroom, 3 bath, turn-key furnished, luxury vacation home is located in a nice community just minutes away from shopping, dining, spas, golf, casinos, empire polo fields, horse show, Coachella Festival, Stagecoach, and Indian wells tennis garden for tennis tournaments. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and is ready for your arrival with high thread count linens, towels, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, has slab counters, 5-burner gas range, microwave & dishwasher. The dining area has seating for 6, plus a formal dining area so everybody is comfortable. Property has all the amenities you need. Be ready to have some fun!! Huge saltwater pool & spa, waterfalls & water features, tanning shelf for at least 4 lounge chairs, if youâre just ready to relax in the sun, lay out on one of the 7 lounge chairs surrounding the pool and yard and pull out your favorite books, or just take a little nap. The outdoor kitchen is incredible: it features sunked in palapa that has stools from inside the pool and sitting area inside as well, BBQ, smoker if you like to cook smoked foods, sink, drink cooler, overhead there is a fan and lights. Gas firepit is surrounded by 4 chairs; a perfect way to kick back and enjoy the desert nights, patio sets and a beautiful cabana with regular mattress bed so you can take a nap when finish swimming. If you canât decide if you want to be in or out of the water...Kick back on a lounge chair on the pool tanning shelf for the best of both worlds. Property is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. King bed in master bedroom, queen beds in the other 4 bedrooms, and another king bed in one of the down stairs bedrooms (there are 2 bedrooms downstairs). Game room with foosball table, or hold a Texas hold âem tournament at the poker table. It has chips, and cards. Other amenities: wireless internet, washer, dryer, ironing board & iron. POOL IS NOT HEATED!!!
