Nestled in pines and a sprawling lawn, it is settled 100 yards back from Hwy. 42 or 'Water Street' that winds through the village of Ephraim founded in 1853. It leads one to the picturesque village with its two historic churches and preserved landmarks. A step out the front door takes you to the stone patio with charcoal grill and path leading you to the private sand beach with pier.
