This beautiful vacation townhome features a bay view with spectacular sunsets from panoramic glass doors. A boat ramp is available on the property and our guests can park cars and a boat trailer under the dry carport. The Landings of Largo is conveniently located 1-1/2 hours by car from Miami International Airport or Key West. A short trip North to Homestead offers fresh farm produce, a wonderful vineyard, and Everglades National Park. One of the safest places to visit in South Florida, this community offers a magnificently designed security gate and on site management. Our wonderful unit is close the marina and dock for sunset viewing and sailing, as well as the 2 heated community pools and clubhouse. The living area is on the second floor with a screened patio on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms as well as 2 full bathrooms, a quiet laundry room (behind a closed door,) closets, and a beautifully equipped kitchen with new appliances. We offer guests a computer, DSL, printer and fax, and unlimited U.S. long distance for convenience. 2 TVs with cable service, a DVD player, stereo, our tropical music library and books make relaxation simple. The decor is Keys casual and designer beautiful - a true home away from home. The downstairs patio has a fan and barbecue grill for outdoor dining on a tropical balmy night by the bay. The furniture is soft and comfortable with lounge chairs and a dining table/chairs for a complete evening outdoors or an afternoon siesta. Along with the boat ramp guests at the Landings can play tennis, racquetball, cards in the clubhouse, work out at the private owners' gym, fish from the private dock, and more. Enjoy water sports close by or dolphin swims, pet fish and feed sea birds at Theatre of the Sea, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rescue Center, and the list of encounter opportunities goes on and on. For shopping and sightseeing drive north to Miami or South to Key West. Art and elegant treasures of all kinds are available along the routes to the city or South to the tropics.
