The master suite includes a king size bed, walk-out slider door to the the balcony and walk-in closets, along with a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms are beautifully furnished with queen bed and twin beds, huge closets, ceiling fans, and each of the bedrooms has a connecting door to a bathroom which has a large tiled shower and linen closet. In addition, the unit has a large laundry area with a full size washer, dryer and a utility sink. The condo unit has high-efficiency air conditioning and heating system and ceiling fans. The unit is in a private gated community built in the Mediterranean design. Each building features two elevators, a secured access lobby with a telephone door-answering system, a master fire alert system and automatic sprinkler systems. Storm shutters are added for extra safety. Add a few heated pools, tennis and racquetball courts, private ocean beach access plus nearby activities such as world class fishing, and you'll see that Mystic Vistas is truly a gem. The beach is rather private, even during the busiest times, it is not crowded. You can walk to the port or take a trolley to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife. Cocoa Beach is known worldwide for the surf, and is home to the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The waves at the condo, however, are smaller and mellow most of the time, perfect for a nice dip in the ocean. Kennedy Space Center, with its visitor attractions, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station reside just north of the Port, and just a short drive from you vacation residence. Daytona Beach is about an hour drive to the north. Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes away and Sanford International Airport is about 60 minutes away. Cape Canaveral is the closest beach to Orlando, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and provides miles of beautiful sandy beach and blue water.
