Island Tower is centrally located near restaurants, shopping malls, fishing, water parks, amusement parks, golfing and the State Park. It is within walking distance to area restaurants (Bahama Bobs, Desotoâs, an ice cream parlor and others), nightlife (Bahama Bobs, The Hangout and a liquor store) and a souvenir shop. It is 10 minutes from a movie theater, 20 minutes from Outlet mall shopping in Foley and Flora-Bama. It is located on a very desirable low floor of Island Towers Condominiums that gives you an excellent view of the beach and pool areas. You will be close enough to identify your family and friends at the beach but far enough away from the outdoor pool that noise is not a problem. (In the higher level condos it is harder to identify people on the beach.) This condo is close enough to the pool, fitness center and 4th level parking that you can easily use the stairs instead of relying on the elevator. This is a center unit with large windows that make for a sunny and cheery atmosphere. Each evening you will enjoy fantastic sunsets from the large private balcony. ⢠Living room, master bedroom and second bedroom have floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balcony and an unobstructed panoramic view of the West Beach of Gulf Shores. All of these windows have sheer and blackout curtains so you can let some light in or block it all out. ⢠The large balcony is very nice to sit out on and has a large table with four chairs, a lounger and a small table. It is private so all you see is ocean - not other balconys and some of us have been known to sleep out there! ⢠Master Bedroom and 2nd Master Bedroom have King size beds and adjoining bathrooms. Master bathroom is large with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and huge walk in closet. ⢠Third bedroom has Queen size bed and an unconnected bathroom right next to it. ⢠Living room has sleeper sofa for additional sleeping area ⢠This unit has an updated kitchen with granite countertops, smooth top stove, stainless steel side by side refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and a full size pantry for all your grocery needs. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. ⢠Dining room table seats six and there are also three bar stools. ⢠The living room and all bedrooms have a TV and DVD player and Dish Network satellite service. ⢠Entire condo is tiled floor with rugs. ⢠Full size washer/dryer and utility room ⢠Free Wi-Fi ⢠No pets or smoking allowed This condominium is warm, inviting, and very comfortable.
