The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom that contains bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. All bedrooms have large closets with plenty of built in organizers for storing all your personal items. The living room has two leather queen sleeper sofas and is a great place to relax in front of the 47â HDTV or with a good book or your computer. The kitchen is fully stocked and is open to the living/dining room which is perfect for entertaining or spending quality family time. To relax after a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the heated spa and private pool (pool is solar heated only). A washer and dryer is available for your convenience for clothes and provided linens. Everything you need is here and the rear screened porch is just perfect in the morning for sipping coffee or an evening with your favorite beverage. The house is close to everything the area has to offer: the beach, the river, a water park, Daytona Beach Pier, Daytona International Speedway, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, and much more. The Kennedy Space Center is just over an hour away, and also Blue Springs State Park is an hour away, where you can see the manatees. This home is 1 hour and 20 mins away from Orlando.
