The spacious 4 bedroom house has ample space for you and your family and friends! The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a large den, and a laundry room with an industrial sink. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/tub as well as plenty of closet space, cable TV, and DVD player. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and gorgeous beach views. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the lagoon across the street. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and views of both the lagoon and beach (side view). This queen bedroom has ample space to accommodate children's floor palates and a crib/baby bed (available upon request). The den is equipped with a large TV, DVD player, lovely beach views, and a sleeper sofa. The top floor has a fully equipped kitchen with fabulous beach views! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as almost any kitchen tool you could need. The attached pantry allows you to store your food out of sight. The attached dinning room seats 14 comfortably with room for more on the attached deck. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and watch and listen to the beach. The third floor den has surround sound TV, DVD, and CD player, and beach views. The third floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, lagoon view, and lovely bathroom with separate tub and shower. This bedroom also has plenty of room for additional sleepers (baby bed, kids on palates). The luxurious amenities of Tuscan Villa also include an electric fire place, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, bicycles, wine cooler and wet bar, elevator (available for an additional fee), and many more you will discover during your stay.
