We are back in business and better than ever! New tile floors through out, along with a fresh coat of paint. This unit has recently been updated. Fresh everything! We are located directly by the Pool and courtyard. Sit on the lanai and listen to the soothing sounds of the deck jets splashing in the pool. We have tile throughout the unit. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and is fully stocked for cooking. Also provided is a full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Master bedroom has a antique queen size white iron bed with spacious connecting bath. The 2nd bedroom has (2) twin beds with a TV/VCR combo and its own bath. If You Are Looking for a Good Deal Close to the Beach - This is it!!! Located About a Mile from the Beautiful Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the public beach area. We are a Block Away from the new restaurants, Acme Oyster and Tacky Jacks. Winn-Dixie is just across the street and WalMart is a few blocks away. There is Lots of Shopping, Golfing, Concerts, Fishing, Boating and Any Kind of Water Sports You May Desire. If you would like to book the condo now by credit card, all you have to do is click the 'book it now' button and I will get back with you within 24 hours.
