Whether you come in the summer to golf or hike, or come in the winter to ski, the view from our 3rd floor condo towards Vail Pass is spectacular! Our condo overlooks the 8th & 2nd fairways. It is also down the 8th fairway that you can ski in the winter, right to our building's back door. Put your skis in our convenient storage locker in parking space #302 in the heated garage and save yourself the effort of carrying them up to the condo (skis are not allowed in the condo). This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is conveniently located with ski in and just a 3 minute walk to the Super Bee lift in the winter, or the golf course in the summer. This condo has a newly upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. Sit at the bar & enjoy your favorite beverage, or sit on the enclosed balcony and enjoy the view. This condo has been re-decorated throughout. Wireless internet added this summer. Please view our pictures. Children will find numerous games in our entertainment center. We also have extensive videos & DVDs for all ages. You can also enjoy a romantic glass of wine in front of our gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed & the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and one twin bed. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, along with a 26'x 72'bench bed in the entrance hall, appropriate for a child. The condo also has 3 TVs(2 are flat screens) with HBO, 2 VCRs, and 2 DVD player. There is not a hot tub in Wheeler House, but a short distance walk or shuttle ride will take you to the athletic club. Memberships are available on a daily or weekly basis with family pricing available. Pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and spa are located there. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo. * Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM. * You may pay by Check. * Add 5.775% Tax, plus $135.00 cleaning fee. * Non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required to Book. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date. * If Reservation is canceled more than one month before the date, the deposit will be forfeited or 50% of the rent if during the month before arrival date.
