This small and simple 1920's cottage is just a few blocks from the heart of old downtown Stuart. Walk to the city park and boardwalk, situated on the St Lucie River. Enjoy the quaint shops and good places to eat. It is just 10 minutes drive over the St Lucie and Indian River Bridges to Hutchinson Island. You will enjoy the many pristine public beaches of Martin County! Located close to all services including the Hospital. We have just updated the kitchen but have kept the old time feeling. The back yard is private and we have a BBQ grill and shade umbrella. We have a newly installed central AC/Heat. There is WiFi and cable TV
