(Adjacent to Property #108241, a waterfront cottage with private beach in the same location on Fisherman's Cove (see that property site for additional photographs. Properties are owned by the same family and available for concurrent leases and events if desired.) This beach house is on a large parcel with nice landscaping, a private beach, incredible views, stunning sunsets, and is right next to the boat landing and a short walk to famous Pine Point Beach. Old Orchard Beach and Portland and their attractions are minutes away. More information and photos can be seen on www.pinepoint.us. The owner's residence is on-site to provide any tenant services required immediately. Weekly Summer Rentals Check in on Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m.(Friday night check-in after 7:00 p.m. is available upon request at no additional fee for extra night) (NOTE: Deep cleaning is done Fridays between 1:00 and 7:00 p.m.) Check out Fridays at 1:00 p.m. OFF SEASON RENTAL AVAILABLE.
