Beach Break Inn is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with Private pool minutes to the beach (you can see ocean from porch area, out door brick built in charcoal gill, shaded gazebo area around pool, outside shower by pool, large kitchen, TV's in all rooms, Cable and internet and home phone. Master bedroom has king size bed, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. Washer and dryer in 2nd bedroom closet. Large private parking area. Take a stroll down the beach to the Pier approx a little over a mile down, Ron Jons Famous surf shop only minutes away. Lots to do and places to eat. Will provide beach chairs, mats, umbrella, beach toys for kids. Also have 1 bedroom 2 bath apartment below that is available for additional price. This would be if you have another family or visitors, or loved ones that can't climb stairs, will only be available to renters above. I will not rent to two separate parties at one time.
