Hip Urban Suite is outfitted with Quality Linens (bedding and bath) along with memory foam topper on Queen in Master bedroom, 3' feather bed topper in lnon-conforming bedroom on full size bed. Just completely remodeled for the most discerning of guests. Full bath includes shower, tub and double vanity sink. Laundry located on property. Master Suite has a walk in closet to comfortably store your luggage. Additional bedroom is non-conforming and has a full size bed with curtain wall that can be opened or closed for privacy. It is a small space but allows larger number of guests which makes it a very affordable way for families and couples to travel. Additional bedding is a Serta EZ Queen size inflating bed with a topper that has baffle that is hypo-allergenic. It auto inflates and sits on a frame....NOT on the floor. Plus, The full kitchen is well appointed with the cookware needed to prepare meals and save you the expense of eating out! And there is a sunny eat in area to enjoy a great cup of coffee. You are a walk to the best outdoor mall in the south end of Denver........Shops at Southglenn! Whole Foods, Movie Theater, Several dining options from a gourmet to deli to Hodson's Grill........And, amazing shopping!! H&M, Victoria Secrets, White House Black Market, Macy's, and several boutiques! Try out Snooze for breakfast if you want a memorial dining experience before 2pm. Again, all within walking distance. And, when it is time to wind down from a busy day........soak in the outdoor hot tub or enjoy the pool on the property. Key access provided. Truly a Hip Cozy Place to Stay for fractions less than hotels. There is also a patio area with chairs provided if you'd like to sit outside and enjoy the weather. 60' TV.....SUPER HIGH SPEED WIFI, BASIC CABLE AND HBO. Basic kitchen items to prepare your own meals (glassware, cookware, pans, pots, toaster, coffee maker, blender, measuring cups, etc). Brand new cabinets, counters and glass tile back splash that are completely hip and fun! We provide High Speed Internet connection which can support VOIP phone and is very reliable. Bathroom: Aaaahh! Dual Vanity and Fully tiled inside and Luxury Towels. Laundry facilities conveniently located with key access. Located in a quiet friendly community. Walking paths/bike trails throughout community. Close to light rail for quick downtown visits. Additional Charge of $20 per night per guest when more than 4 guests are occupying the suite. Please add for additional guests at time of booking. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in front of the home. Often we are booked out several weeks and even months in advance. Therefore we hired a professional photographer to take high quality interior photos as the unit is often occupied and unable to be shown prior to reservations. My calendar is always up to date so if you see that something is available.........you should be safe to book. No smoking in or on the property (pipe, pot, cigarettes or cigars).
