Description
Short and long term stay. In the heart of DTC, only 1 mile walk to the Arapahoe light rail station, easy access to Downtown Denver, Park Meadows, Greenwood Village, Aurora, I-25 and I-225; walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, park, South Suburban Golf and Recreation Center, The Landmark Center. 3 bedrooms plus an office with a pullout bed. Separate dining room. Additional living room in the basement. Another bedroom in the basement. Lots of privacy and space. BEDS: King size bed in the master, 2 queen size beds in 2 other bedrooms, 3 pullout beds: office, living room and the basement living room, 2 1/2 baths, patio, oversized 2 car garage!!! Large townhome, spacious rooms, very clean. Home away from home! House trained dogs are welcome. There is a pet fee. I have great number of reviews on the other web site, where I am advertising for the last 4 years. Let me know if you are interested to look at those. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recently, two different groups that rented from me paid only for 4 people but brought total of 10 people to my townhome. When they got caught, they had to pay extra...plus they felt very embarrassed about their lies. Since that incident, I am forced to watch closely how many people stay at my lovely place. Thank you for your consideration!
