The spacious L-shaped classic Florida design places the bedrooms on opposite sides of the premise, ensuring privacy and solitude while providing ample common space in between for all. Centrally located, the modern, fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room to join (or watch) the 'chef of the day'. Hang out at the breakfast bar or enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage at the pub table in the kitchen nook. In addition, the open, adjoining dining room easily seats eight for meals or for a family evening of board games and socializing. Moving into the living room, decorated with artwork in vibrant hues from local artists, cozy up on the two couches for an ideal escape in front of the large 48' LED Smart TV with your favorite program on cable, Netflix or Blu-Ray DVD. To the side, unwind to read, play cards, compete at Scrabble or simply draw these two over-stuffed chairs up to the TV area to join the crowd. Calm colors in each bedroom encourage restful sleep. On one side of the house, the quest bedroom, equipped with a 32' LED flat screen TV, has a new queen size bed with a memory foam mattress for your comfort. The en suite has a large stall shower. On the other side of the house, the master bedroom also has a 32' cable TV and a new king size memory foam mattress on the bed. The en suite has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom---great for kids---has two love seats which convert to twin beds and shares the master bath. If not needed as a bedroom, curl up with a good book, set up your laptop (using the full house WiFi), or just get away to watch a different channel. The premise if fully air-conditioned, and ceiling fans are liberally placed throughout. On a hot Florida day, there's nothing better than a screen-enclosed lanai and pool, surrounded by towering tropical plants. Relax with a sherbert---or drink--- in hand on the lanai. Take a leisurely dip, play Marco Polo with the kids, or get a workout with laps in the pool. There are stairs and a shallow end for the little ones---or for some of us 'older ones' who really want to enter slowly! The attached, heated spa is perfect for stiff muscles, cooler evenings or just warm-ups between swims. It's totally worth it if you're looking to unwind. Use the new, large, gas grill if going out to dinner is just not in the plans. A double car garage and a laundry room are available for your needs. This destination offers everything for every type of traveler---from the adventurous to those with no real destination or time frame in mind. Go deep sea fishing on a charter boat or kayak quietly through coves on Lake Tarpon. Stroll the downtown area of Tarpon Springs, a slow-paced fishing village-- a blend of Greek traditions, colorful canary yellow, deep salmon or enchanting turquoise shops, markets and restaurants.
