New ceiling fans and much more. Everything you need to have to feel like you are at home. This home is just a short walk to the traffic free beach. The east end of the street leads to the beach. There is a park with restrooms and a snack bar. The west end of our street leads to a public fishing / kayak dock where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Shopping is right around the corner and within walking distance. Arrangements can be made for children items such as a high chair, pack-n-play, booster seat and stroller for no additional charge.
