Description

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your lakeside campfire on beautiful Round Lake. Quiet and privacy await you when you rent this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Catch musky, walleye and panfish right off of the private pier. The shallow shoreline and sandy beach is excellent for the little ones to enjoy the water while you relax on the swing by the water. Round Lake is part of 4 lakes known as the Pike Lake Chain with over 2000 acres of navigable water. 65% of Round Lake is National Forest. Look out across the lake and all you will see is beautiful forest. Hike or bike the trails of the Chequamegon National forest which are 300 feet from the house. Use the canoe or 14 ft. wide body row boat to enjoy the excellent fishing or bring your own boat to tie up to the private pier. The row boat can be fitted with your motor up to 35 hp. At the end of a successful fishing trip, clean your fish in the screened-in fish house and freeze your catch in the freezer provided. The house is a well maintained former family home. There are 2 bedrooms-one with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a pull out queen sized coach in the living room. All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, coffee pot and toaster. Look over the lake while eating in the dining room. Relax in the living room watching TV or playing the variety of board games provided. In the fall, enjoy the fabulous fall colors. Bow or gun hunting is almost outside your door in the National Forest. Musky fishing is excellent in October as well as walleye and panfish fishing.
