Description
This is a spacious two level Condo in the Powderidge complex. It includes all the amenities needed to make your winter or summer mountain vacation the best ever. For skiers, the Powderidge lift and beginner slopes are just outside the door. Go out, put on your skis and go down the slopes. All the resort's ski runs can be accessed from there. From the dining room window, watch the skiers come off the lift and the wild life the wander by. From the deck, watch a sunrise and look over the mountains through all the seasons. Take your apri ski drink out there and unwind. Chairs, tables and a gas grill are provided for your use. In the evening, a short walk gets you to a bench from which you can watch a beautiful mountain sunset. The inside is fully outfitted with all you need. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TVs and DVDs in each bedroom and the living room. An extensive DVD library is provided for your entertainment. There are games, books, puzzles and an IPOD docking station available also. A washer /dryer combo is in the unit for your convenience. When you enter you will find an alcove for all your ski gear. You can take all your equipment off and hang them up to dry in a warm room with drainage for the snow melt from your skis and boards. There is even an outlet for your boot dryers. The inside is spacious, decorated in a mountain theme and not cramped as with so many ski condos. The bedrooms are upstairs allowing members of your family or group to rest or sleep while others watch TV or play a game. Snowshoe is a family resort with many activities for all ages and all seasons. In winter, it is the best skiing in the Southeast. In summer, mountain activities abound. Cass Railroad, the National Radio Observatory, and some of the best white water rafting, hiking and mountain biking in the USA are all in a day's activity.
