The two very large lanais bring the true feeling of Hawaii right into your room. The Kitchen comes fully-stocked for all of your cooking needs. Golf at the Kona Country Club is only a few steps from your door, and the best snorkeling in Kona, among sea turtles and tropical fish at Kahaluâu Beach is a mere three-minute drive away! Directions and keys will be emailed 14 days prior to booking once full payment is received. IN US FUNDS! Please note that our condo is a SMOKE FREE ZONE and that PETS are not allowed on premises. An additional Out Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be applied to billing for all stays. Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to reservation date IS REFUNDABLE MINUS ORIGINAL NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to rebooking. *Cancellation within 45 days & No shows will be charged in full unless re-booked. *All cancellations are charged a 20% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing. No Refund for Inclement Weather, Circumstances beyond our control, NO Shows or Shortened Stays.
