Very clean and beautifully decorated. In July, 2013, all new furniture, linens, dishes, matching flatware, pots and pans, beach towels and more were upgraded. The décor is charming and the house has had lots of attention and TLC. The house is up on pilings, all on one floor, with a split floor plan that lends privacy for 2 families if needed and plenty of parking below house and on property. Well-appointed kitchen. This is one of the most popular rentals on Cape due to pricing, easy beach access, and bay access with all there is to do on the bayside (kayak, fishing, snorkeling etc.) Extremely close to beach - easy walk or 30 seconds by car.
