A stunning, brand new, bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments,large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also are adding a splash pad water park for the kids that will be done by mid-May. Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc.
