Description
Convenience and comfort in a charming, fully furnished home within steps to the prettiest beach on the barrier island. Just two blocks south of the 17th Street Bridge, the home is convenient to fine shops, coffee houses, restaurants, grocery stores and medical center make it the perfect location accessible to all of Vero Beach. The house is a split plan which locates the master suite with king bed, bath and walk-in closet on one side and another two bedrooms and bath on the other. The living room, kitchen and screen porch have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry and dining bay. The countertops are granite with a breakfast bar. There are French doors from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms to a large screened-in porch overlooking a private, fenced rear yard. The beach is wide and uncrowded, yet only a short stroll to lifeguards at the public beach. At sunrise you will find vacationing fishermen and sea birds on an early morning catch. There are three fine restaurants and a pizza place in the neighborhood. The town is rich with entertainment during the season. The Riverside Park Complex is a one half mile ride north. In addition to walking trails, picnic facilities, a tennis club, and a boat launch on the scenic intracoastal waterway, it is home to the Museum of Art, Childrenâs Theater, and Performing Art Center with off-Broadway theater, comedy club and cabaret. The museum has rotating exhibits, a film and book library, classrooms, lectures, a cafe, and much more. With its lush vegetation, flowering plants, warm breezes, and outdoor activities, Vero is a great place to live and play. Whether kayaking the Indian River Estuary, exploring McKee Botanical Gardens, playing golf on one of the many challenging courses, shopping the Farmers Market, or taking in a sunset on Veterans Island, you will find it hard to leave.
