A large, gym-grade trampoline w/ safety netting completes the play area. Your custom designed Mediterranean style family home is located on a quiet residential street and boasts 4 balconies or upper decks. Enjoy views of the San Diego skyline, Coronado Bridge, golf course or the sun set from the roof top deckâs fire table and café chairs (THIS IS THE BEST SPOT FOR 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS!). Brazilian hardwood floors lead to the large gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and Viking cook top. The adjoining great room is appointed with brand new 60â 3Dl HD television and custom entertainment system. French doors open the entire back of the house seamlessly making the interior and the exterior feel as one. The first floor also includes a living room, butlerâs pantry, formal dining room, and breakfast nook. The spacious master suite has a fireplace, HD TV, and separate work out area with exercise equipment. The basement is comprised of living area with 48â Sony HD TV/Playstation 3 and a very private guest suite.
