Our 1896-square-foot, spacious, three-bedroom, three-bath unit, 1 queen bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, and an additional cot in the newest building at the Caribe, is just what you are looking for! Enjoy all the amenities of the Caribe Resort, in addition to the special features of the unit, including a 51' plasma TV in the den, 32' LED in MBR, 24' LEDs in other BRs and wireless internet access. In addition, this unit is on the ground floor so there is no waiting for an elevator and it has 10- and 11-foot ceilings throughout. It also has a full view of Ole River from the kitchen, den, and master bedroom. Sleeping Accommodations are as follows: -Queen bed in master bedroom -Queen bed in guest bedroom -Queen bed in 3rd bedroom -Cot in guest bedroom Rental Specifics Taxes and fees lodging tax is 11% of the rental amount plus a $30 processing fee and a departure cleaning fee of $150. The total rent amount is due three weeks prior to arrival. This allows sufficient time to provide you the keys to the property and additional information for your stay. The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is nine. Only responsible adults of 25 or older may rent. Identification must be provided upon request.
