This newer condo in gated Alii Cove has it all: a lovely beach, gorgeous sunsets, a delightful pool with attached children's pool, a hot tub, an exercise center, a BBQ area, and constant sounds of the ocean waves. Beautiful landscaping greets you throughout the grounds. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is spacious and efficient, with lovely granite counter tops and new appliances. You will find Hawaiian furnishings throughout. Our unit is just across the street from the ocean and Honl's Beach and has a wonderful view. The Big Island has so much to explore: Volcano National Park, coffee plantations, Hawaiian cultural sites, farmers markets, ranch country, rain forests, museums, and so much history. There is something for everyone from hula demonstrations to live theater. The homeowners association requires a minimum 30-day rental. Keywords: Condo
