Welcome to Harbor House and Guest Cottage in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin! Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. Looking out from our sand beach, you have a picture-perfect view of Horseshoe (Eagle) Island straight ahead. Look left and see Penninsula State Park, with its limestone bluffs. To your right, you'll see the white-washed church steeples of charming and historic Ephraim. Our 5 bedroom cottage, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane, is just 100 yards from the private sand beach provided for our guests. The exterior appearance has been updated with brand new siding, soffits, and facia as well as all new windows and screens. The Harbor House has a large screened porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with queen mattress, two bedrooms with a set of twin beds each, & one with bunk bed). The living room also provides a queen-sized sleeper sofa. For your convenience WIFI, internet, HD cable TV, DVD, phone, crib and highchair are provided. We also provide a Weber charcoal grill and an outdoor fire pit. All beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, and mattress pads. Please note that sheets, pillowcases and towels are NOT PROVIDED. This house is large enough for 2-3 families to share easily, or gather your friends together and plan a golf outing or shopping get-away. Parking is provided for 3 cars and 1 boat. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and guest cottage. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
