AT $250 PER NIGHT-WITH INGROUND POOL AND THE ULTIMATE IN QUALITY AND PRIVACY, WE FEEL WE ARE FAYETTE COUNTY'S NEWEST BEST KEPT SECRET!!!! well, its really not that little!!!!( AND we are proud that our home is not near to or adjacent to other rental cabins,, this is what sets our home apart for your private stay!!! the laughter you hear by the pool with be yours,, the campfire you smell or delicious food grilling with also be yours!!! and with 5 bedrooms-3 bathrooms- over 2000 sq ft home situated on 3 acres of private mowed lawn.You are just enough off of the road to not have a lot of traffic noise but yet only 2.2 miles from a 4 lane highway(rt 19). No wild goose chases to find us, if you arrive at night, the home is well lit and well marked. We are proud of our city water, our paved entry(s) and circle drive, our inground pool with waterslide, our large spacious decks., outdoor burn pit, gas bbq grill at house and at the pool hut, large pool hut for getting out of sun or rain,and sun loungers by the pool. The pool also has its own DRINK fridge and entertainment center.Less tv.. The pool is fenced/locked and is very private, the owner opens the pool at 11 am each day(weather permitting) and closes at 1 hour before dusk.. The gate will be locked 1 hour before dusk.There are no lifeguards on duty.I AM THE OWNER AND I LIVE WITHIN SIGHT OF THE GINGERBREAD HOUSE AND WILL GLADLY HELP WITH ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE DURING YOUR STAY. The main structure is a modified a- frame with a great room and 5 bedrooms, 2 on main floor with queen beds and one queen bed on second floor, and on second floor there is a master suite with whirlpool tub and king bed.The kids loft with two twin beds is above the living area and has windows to view the distant terrain.There is a a basketball court on the paved driveway. A badmitton net and set is provided as are other outdoor games.The living and dining and kitchen area are all on the main floor and is set up great for mingling or your private meals. You can walk out of the main room onto the outer decks and view the mountains and see nearly 4 counties at one time. A full size electric stove and frig with microwave and dishwasher are standard. Ceiling fans in most rooms.The home has central air and heat and an electric or gas fireplace.Also, we love couples!!!! Our Gingerbread house makes a great honeymoon getaway! we recently replaced all carpet and bedding and painted all decks and the structure.We are very proud of the way things look and think you will enjoy your stay with us.Our pool is a 15 x30 fiberglass ocean blue metallic finish with inlaid dolphins!.I personally check the quality of the pool water daily and sweep the pool before opening it.THE DEPTH OF POOL RANGES FROM 2-7 FEET. Our upper bedrooms each have their own booster ac units for the hottest days! There is an Exxon with Deli just 2 miles away, A Piggly Wiggly just 3 miles away and the Harley Davidson dealership is only 2.5 miles away!!! 17 miles from Summersville lake, 15 minutes to a world famous biplane ride! and 15 minutes to a super Wal-Mart in Fayetteville wv.
