Harbour Place is low-density condo living at its best. One of only 65-units, there is always lots of room on the short walk to the beach. You will be delighted that this condo is a two bedroom, two bath flat with a private master bedroom/bath and ample second private bedroom. A really comfortable sofa, that converts to a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Both bedrooms feature luxurious King-Size beds w pillow-top mattresses. Three couples, or a family of 6 (8 if you are real good friends) can enjoy the friendly accommodations. Remodeled recently and tastefully decorated, the condo features ceramic tile floors in kitchen and living room, carpeting in both bedrooms, updated appliances; including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Roomy counter tops, and high quality fixtures are found throughout. Did I mention a new Big screen LCD TV, and a new Electric fireplace and heater in a matching mantle set! TV's in both bedrooms and a 40' big screen televisions is featured in the living room, over the mantle enclosing a new electric fireplace/heater. The breakfast/snack bar with comfortable stool seating saves room, and enhances the experience. A glass-top dining table for 4 makes for romantic dinners. Located on the beach side, with a full view of the beach, this spacious condo makes a wonderful balcony experience on the specially selected balcony furniture in the afternoon shade, or to enjoy the morning sunrise. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are on the beach and feature plenty of comfortable lounge chairs Convenient BBQ, and covered parking make this resort a great value. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has a wide variety of activities including golf, boating, fishing, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals, para-sailing, amusement parks, and a zoo. Tanger Factory Outlet stores are a short drive to Foley, and a wide selection of convenient seafood and steakhouses and family restaurants offer some of the freshest fare on the coast.. Wildlife preserves, seaside parks, and hiking trails are available for your enjoyment and free to the public. Only a 20-minute drive, historical Fort Morgan makes a great half-day excursion. We take our family and friends often, and they talk about it for weeks after the trip, and I'm sure you will have a great time, at a great value too!
