Includes: Tile floors throughout,Internet access, Cable TV in the living room and all three bedrooms with paddle fans. We have two VCRS and 1 DVD player. Full-size washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, two tables that sit ten people and a bar that sits three. Three new couches in the living room & 2 of them are sleepers, two chairs and one recliner in the living room area. Roof top Pool. Covered secured parking with elevators & carts for convenience. Easy access to all floors, even the beach has easy access with a ramp for bringing all your equipment, no stairs to climb. Our Condo is a 'Smoke-Free Home' and 'No Pets Allowed.' Located on the No Driving end of the beach. Perfect for families with children. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: 1. Check In: 4:00PM - Check Out: 10:00AM 2. Rental Rates are Subject to State and County Resort Tax of 12.5% 3. $200 Reservation / Damage Deposit is Required within 7 days of making your reservation date and not applied to rental balance. Your Deposit is Returned within 30 days after your Departure Date 4. 50% of the rental balance is due 14 days after making a reservation 5. Remaing Balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date 6. A Last Minute Reservation Must Pay 100% of the Total Rental Balance 7. Departure Cleaning Fee: $85.00 - Monthly cleaning fee $100 8. In the event of a canellation, the reservation/damage deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded less $50 if written notice of cancellation is received 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received after the 90 days prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and prepaid rent, unless we can re-rent our unit for the same dates & rent event, the reservation/damage deposit & prepaid rent less a $50 fee will be returned. No Exceptions Please Note: Pricing Excludes Holidays and Special Event Weeks such as Bike and Race week and 4Th of July Holiday Week Payment Methods: Personal checks accepted in advance only.
